What can 13 year old's do on New Year's Eve?

We are 13 (4 girls) and we don't want to be bored. We have party hats, blow horns etc. We want to really have fun! No kid games!! We are going sledding and having snowball-fights, but what will we do at night? Please help we need things to do!
