Filter on its last legs please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I'm not sure about your particular filter but I had a similar problem and although the filter was clear there is a little part in the head that has a hole in it next to the propeller check the holes are clean and it should go.turn the filter top to tail in case it is that also.
