Becoming A Sugar Glider Hobby Breeder?

I know that I need a license to become a Sugar Glider hobby breeder and of course sugar gliders, lol. I have two sugar gliders that have babies quite often and I love the babies but I don't have enough room to keep them. I've given away most of the babies so far but I've decided that I might as well try to start selling them as a breeder. So can anyone give me in simplest form how i can start working on getting a license?
