Follow up to my prolapsed uterus question?

I know I asked about this before, but after much consideration and little to no help on medical websites, I was wondering how to go about demanding a hysterectomy for my prolapsed uterus? I already have a child, and I'm willing to adopt if ever the right man should come along *as long as he's willing to accept that I don't want to risk my health to carry another child*. I am 30 years old, and am sick and tired of being told I'm too young to get a surgery like this, especially when the benefits would outweigh the risks in not getting it done.
