Very strange feeling everytime I move?

I've had this problem once, about maby a month ago, its really hard to explain, its like everytime I move I'm dizzy, it feels like im being jolted harshly around everytime I move, last time it went away on its own, but its a really really annoying thing, any idea on what it could be?
