Where can i buy a doggy "litter box"/gr patch?

I saw one on rob & big season 3/episode 4 http://www.mtv.com/overdrive/?id=1580197. . . they visit a Hollywood pet agency and the agency has one in the lobby. it looks like a litter box filled with gr. I've tried googling it but I am not having any luck.
