NFL punting rules (Reference to Washington Redskins vs. Dallas Cowboys game)?

I dont have time to read the whole question, but the bottom line is. The COWBOYS ONE AND STILL HAVE A SHOT AT PLAYOFFS! screw the redskins and I hope Clinton Portis's knee keeps him out of all the games. There facing Seattle next, i pray that LOFA TATUPU WILL BREAK HIS KNEE FOR GOOD.
