Not all are. If your doctor's not being realistic about you having a life I'd be concerned about what she is about. For real! I took Paxil for about 5 years which was one bad libido killer. I got sick of it and decided there had to be other things on the market. Now I take Celexa which has limited side effects in that area. Occasionally there's a problem but, not very often. I told my doctor that was one of the side effects I was looking to decrease or eliminate. We came up with this solution. If your doctor's not going to be reasonable about it I'd seek another opinion or doctor maybe.
