Help me!I think water went in me ear and now it sounds like a cello string being plucked when i hit my head!!!

i was taking a morning shower and then something went in my ear and sounded like a cello string being plucked when it did. i noticed that when ever i hit or something hits my head only i can hear the cello string cause i think water went in my ear. nothing like this has ever happened to me and I'm worried! Whats wrong? how do i get rid of my problem and put my ear back to normal?!?Is it water? do i get rid of it like swim ear?hhhhheeeeeeeeeellllllppppppppp!!!!!!…
